OUR STORE POLICIES

To provide a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience, we believe all store policies need to be clear, fair and transparent. Take a look below to learn more about ours, and reach out with questions.

Returns and Refunds:

1. If you’d like to return any product purchased on PS Home & Decor Online Store, the return period is 07 days from the date of delivery. 

2. All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted. 

3. All products must be returned in their original packaging and an explanation of the reason for the return. Order is non-refundable or exchangeable due to change of mind. Buyers can return products for the following reasons:

  • Received an incomplete product (e.g. missing parts of product, missing products from order)

  • Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size / color, different product)

  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

4. Mirrored products are not refundable and not exchangeable once item is delivered. All mirrored products / furniture or bulky items will be opened up for customers to check and confirmed all goods are received in good condition before leaving the premises. 

5. Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.

6. We will refund 100% of the purchase price for products that meets the above condition and upon managements approval.

7. Returns are not accepted after 07 days from the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

 

Billing Terms and Conditions:

1. We accept Credit Cards (Master Card and Visa) for payment of orders. 

2. We do not accept Cash on Delivery Terms.

Delivery Terms:

1. FREE Delivery for online order above $150 or a nominal fee of $10 delivery charge will apply.

2. Please ensure your delivery location must also be accessible via lift (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

3. NON-LIFT ACCESS / STAIRCASE DELIVERY FEES

If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (e.g. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator breakdown upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) PS Home & Decor will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

 

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges will be as follows:

Category 1:

*Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.

 

4. Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations
There will be a $15 dollars surcharge for delivery to Sentosa / Jurong Island / CBD areas. 

The final amount will be advised when our team contacts you for your delivery slot.

 

5. For furniture / bulky products, especially mirrored items, we will open and check in customer’s presence on delivery. You will sign a declaration when taking receipt of goods that you have checked and confirmed the items are received in good condition, proof of images will also be taken, and therefore claims for damage will not be accepted thereafter.

Free Storage

PS Home & Decor will provide free storage up to 2 weeks based on the date we informed you item is ready for delivery. 

1. For Instock items, start date based on your 1st item purchase.
2. For Preorder Items, start date based on the date we informed you item is ready for delivery.
• Any request of extension for storage period will be subjected to approval, case to case basis, not exceeding one (01) month. 
Eg; You place preorder on 1st July, item arrived 1st August, item has to be cleared for delivery by 15th August.
If storage exceed one (01) month, you will incur storage fees at the prevailing rates.


Storage Fees:


1. For small items (less than 3 plastic bags): $5 per day OR $120 per month
2. For Bulky Items such as furnitures or more than 3 plastic bags: $8-$20/day  (depending on what items, eg one console, it will be based on $10 per item).

We will advise the additional storage rates based on the quantity of items.

Installation

1. PS Home & Décor do not provide installation. Please source for own installer.

2. PS home & Décor will not be liable for any damages made to the product caused by improper installation; accidental damage caused by customers.  

Promotions / Discounts / Pricing

1. Please do not expect promotional price to be similar across all our platforms eg promos differ on our shopee shop vs FB Livestream.

2. Any Promotional Offers / Special Prices given during our livestream will end after the livestream. Please do not expect the same price to be given after the livestream ends. Customers are strongly encouraged to join our livestream to enjoy the special offers.

3. All prices quoted are valid for 14 days, from the date of stated quotation, whether via pm or message.

4. Any discounts offered or complimentary gifts are given on a goodwill gesture.

5. PS Home & Décor is not obliged to give any discounts under any circumstances.

6. PS Home & Décor reserves the right, at our sole discretion to amend, change or terminate any ongoing promotions without any prior notice.

7. PS Home & Décor reserves the right, at our sole discretion to change or amend any pricing without any prior notice.

 

PS Home & Decor reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time and without prior notice.
